About the Role

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our dairy production machinery. Your primary focus will be on the maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced UHT and Tetra Top systems, crucial to our high-quality production standards. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent output in a modern, automated facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UHT, Tetra Top, and related dairy processing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults swiftly and effectively.
  • Monitor machine performance, analyze operational data, and support the installation of new systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with strict quality assurance and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Document maintenance activities and collaborate with production and engineering teams.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the dairy/food processing industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in maintaining Tetra Pak, UHT, and Tetra Top systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills in English.

  • Those with prior experience in dairy or beverage plants using aseptic filling machines.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory.
