Education: Minimum 12 years of education / Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Requirement: Valid domicile certificate is mandatory for this position.
As an Office Assistant, the selected candidate will be expected to:
Maintain Office Records
Keep documents, files, and records updated and organized.
Ensure accuracy in documentation for easy retrieval.
Perform General Office Duties
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Assist in correspondence and other clerical tasks as needed.
Manage Office Supplies
Monitor stock of office supplies and stationery.
Place orders and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Coordinate Schedules
Arrange appointments, meetings, and manage office calendars.
Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities for the team.
Assist in Projects
Provide support in special projects, tasks, or events assigned by supervisors or office management.
Degree Required: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate – 12 years of education).
Discipline: Any subject/field is acceptable.
