A globally recognized technology solutions leader in the Middle East is seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager to drive multi-million dollar EPC offshore fabrication projects.

This is a senior, mission-critical role for an individual who can command large-scale operations from conception to completion.

YOUR PROFILE MUST MEET THIS LEVEL OF EXPERTISE:
✅ Experience: Minimum 12+ years in a relevant Project Management capacity.
✅ Expertise: Deep, sound knowledge of EPC Offshore Structure Fabrication (Jackets, Topsides, Subsea Structures) and Loadout Methodology.
✅ Core Skills: Proven mastery of Contract Management, Budget Planning, Risk Management, and ensuring rigorous HSEQ Objectives.
✅ Leadership: Experience managing projects and multi-cultural project teams from the pre-bid stage through client handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individually manage all phases of complex EPC projects (time, budget, and scope).
Drive accountability and maintain commercial awareness across all project phases.
Ensure absolute compliance with established standards and client requirements.
